This rec is in Portimao rather than Lagos, but she is my GO TO and I couldn’t have a hot list like this without her on it. Going to this salon is a lux-yet approachable experience not to be missed.
- Ice Bath + Infrared Sauna Contrast Journeys – If you’ve never tried something like this, here is your perfect opportunity. Bonus points is that it’s at a cozy yoga + mobility studio mentioned earlier, The Seed.
